We reserve event dates on a first come first served basis. To reserve your date, we need a signed Contract Agreement and 50% Deposit (non-refundable if event is canceled). Payment Schedule is 50% due with the signed Contract Agreement and 50% due by the day prior to the Event. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or money order.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Event Dates are reserved once the Contract Agreement and 50% Deposit are received. This deposit is non-refundable. If the remaining balance has been paid and you must cancel your event, 25% of the second half is refundable upon request.
